ATHLETIC REGISTRATION FOR "SPRING" SPORTS 2017
Sports Offered in Spring:
There is a NEW Athletic Registration process for the 2016-2017 school year. The process requires you to register online AND submit documents in person to the Bookkeeper and Athletic Secretary. (Access the registration link below.)
Registration for spring sports will be available for families starting on:
OPEN REGISTRATION HOURS FOR BOTH PARENTS & STUDENTS:
IMPORTANT NOTE! ALL forms for spring must be turned in by Thursday, February, 16th!
There is no school on Monday, Jan 30th or during mid-winter break February, 20-24th.
The above spring sports offered will start tryouts-practices on Monday, February, 27th 2017! Our offices will be closed on that Monday, Feb. 27th! We will not accept any forms for clearance that day, so please plan accordingly to get your sports physicals done early if you haven’t already, along with completing the entire registration process prior to February, 16th!
Please bring the following required forms
1.) The Athletic Confirmation Page
2.) Emergency Authorization Form
3.) Physical Form-Original Signed by Doctor's
4.) Grades Transcript Copy-Only required to be brought in, if you are a "New" student to ISD a Homeschool, Private School or Running Start student. All other students grades will be verified by the school for eligibility.
While in the Athletic Gateway Registration System, please click on the PDF button to print forms PRIOR to clicking on the COMPLETE Button! The PDF button is located at the bottom of the last screen in the registration system.
You MUST click on the "PDF" button to print and download the first two pages. The first page will be the Athletic Confirmation Page and the 2nd page of the PDF should be the Emergency Authorization Form, both are required forms needed for final clearance.
The Physical Form is not part of the PDF and is a separate form you need to print out and take in to your doctor's office or walk in clinic.
First to the bookkeepers office #2058 and
Second to the Athletic Office #2057 for the "Final" Clearance!
This MUST be done in person through the bookkeeping & athletic office only!
No dropping off forms in the main office or mailing in forms.
No old prior years paper copied packets will be accepted
NOTE: If you are a new student to ISD a Gibson Ek, Homeschool or Private School student you must FIRST contact our school registrar to confirm your student is registered at Skyline prior to starting the online registration process! If this hasn't been done, it can take anywhere from 24-48 hours to be processed so please plan accordingly!
The online Sports Registration System (Registration Gateway) uses the same Family Access logins as Skyward.
IMPORTANT PHYSICAL INFORMATION:
IF YOU HAVEN'T YET HAD A PHYSICAL DONE, PLEASE PLAN TO HAVE ONE DONE WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN OR A WALK IN CLINIC PRIOR TO JANUARY REGISTRATION FOR SPRING SPORTS!

When you get your students physicals done, PLEASE request more than one copy or make copies so you can hang on to extra copies in your files! This way you will have a copy to provide for any out of season or summer type camps that will also require a physical copy. Our office will also require an original signed physical during registration for your in season sport. If your student played a Fall Sport this year we should have that physical on file & depending on that physical date will determine if you need a new one or not for the other sports seasons.
Physicals are required Annually and must be valid through the regular and post season events!

SPORTS FEES REFUNDS:
Cut Sports: If you are trying out for a cut sport, it's required to pay the sports fee's upfront & after coach provides the list of students who didn't make the team, the bookkeeping office will automatically fill out a refund form & send to our district office for processing. Please allow 2-3 week for the refund. If you paid online via credit card will be refunded back to your card, if paid by check or credit card in person, the district will mail a check out to your home address.
Non-Cut Sports refunds: Due to injury, family moving etc. and must be done prior to the first competition! The student or parent must first alert the coach and reason of refund and it's up to the coach and student/parent to let the bookeeping office know to process a refund request.
