Out of Season Events:
Any and all phone calls or questions relating to various sports out of season events such as; any spring or summer type camps, open gyms, soccer kick-a rounds etc. need to be directed to the head coaching staff. Coaches will distribute and collect their own required registration forms for any out of season camps! In addition to any required registration forms, a current copy of the students physical and an emergency form are now required in order to participate in the various camps and are turned in to the coach. Please see coach for further details.
NOTE: If turning in a physical for an out of season spring-summer camp you must get an additional original signed doctor's physical copy which is also required to be turned in as part of the in season sports registration periods at the school. (See the physical form link below).

Each Athlete is required to pay for an ASB Card & Sports Fee as well as making sure all fines & fees are paid prior to registration. ASB Card Fee is $55.00 & Sports Fee is $200.00 for the first two sports seasons (Max $400.00) the third sports season would be free if participate in all three seasons.

Please print out the REQUIRED FORMS in the online registration system PRIOR to hitting the Complete button at the end! 1.) The Athletic Registration Confirmation Page and the Emergency Authorization From. In additions to those 2 forms you must also bring in the original signed doctor's physical. FIRST to the bookkeeper's office# 2058 and SECOND to the Athletic Office # 2057 for FINAL confirmation & receipt.

No old prior years paper copied packets will be accepted & no mailing in registration forms as the final clearance must be done in person.
Sports Physicals: For incoming 2017 freshman physicals must be completed on June 1st 2017 or after that date. Physicals are required Annually and must not expire before the end of the regular& post season events for the season in which you are participating in.
* Attention Parents: When you get your students physicals done, PLEASE request more than one copy or make copies so you can hang on to extra copies in your files! This way you will have a copy to provide for any out of season or summer type camps that will also require a physical copy! Our office will also require an original copy during registration for your in season sport. Thank you!

**Any new student to the Issaquah School District (Skyline), Gibson Ek, Private School or Home School students must first be cleared & registered through the schools registrar in the counseling office prior to registering for sports! The clearance process may take anywhere from 24-48 hours to get cleared & must be done prior to starting the online registration process so please plan accordingly!
All New students to ISD, Private School, Homeschool, and Running Start students must PROVIDE CURRENT TRANSCRIPTS in order to complete the grade verification process for initial athletic registration.
